If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Please include all accessories, manuals, and parts. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Exchanges are processed as new orders. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
